Athens and the death penalty on Socrates

In Ancient Greece two cities dominated the scene: Athens and Sparta. Early in its history Phoenician merchants from the coast cities of Accent Palestine, came to exploit the markets of Ancient Greece. Sparta resisted these foreigners so they were forced to settle in Athens. Through practices of money lending they built up their economic base, establishing themselves as a prominent merchant class rivalling the landed Greek aristocracy.

To conduct the society to their desired objectives, they manipulated the Greek theatre, the most important cultural

activity of Ancient Greece, which has been celebrated in the West ever since. Like modern television is used, the theatre was used to inculcate immorality. A common practice of the Jews throughout history has been to appropriate the money stock of the country by changing their standard from a gold or precious metal standard to a false paper or wood standard.

This new standard is like a cheque, which is supposedly transferable into gold, which is kept in the treasury, which

they control. As Napoleon found when he entered the vaults of the Bank of Amsterdam, the financial centre of the era that they were completely empty. The Jews had deceived the people into handing them all their wealth. Sparta aware of the corruptive influence of these foreigners, and to protect its money standard strongly resisted their penetration. To say something is spartan means that it is conservative or austere, as the Spartans were known for their discipline, trying to keep them from the moral decay that afflicted Athens. These foreign merchants now wanted to practice on Sparta what they had on Athens, this action brought about a war between the two cities, now known as the Peloponnesian Wars.

Socrates, as explained in the Republic of Plato, explained a parable of a cave to the people of Athens to explain the

indoctrination process that was taking place in Ancient Greece. He explained a parable of people who were enchained in a cave, forced to look at shadows cast from a fire. He told them that if someone were to release them from their chains, they would be able to see the fire and recognize that what they had thought all along was real were merely shadows of artificial objects. Then they could leave the cave to find the true light. Just like Americans today who believe their government to be a real government. The government they have in mind is the shadow, and the artificial object is the impotent government. If they were unchained they could see that it is a fake created by Jews.

Because Socrates was confronting their plan, he was tried for spreading revolutionary ideas and sentenced to death. In the same way modern people are assassinated, like Malcolm X or Martin Luther King Jr.

My journey from 'dimension shift' to 'hypercube' and finally from 'parallel universes' to 'M-Theory'

Sitting idle having a little interest in space and time theories I was surfing youtube to find something that could catch my attention; what I noticed was that everytime I had to go through some video titles having 'dimension' as a keyword within. Now what has dimension to do with all that space and time thing? it really was something new for me, what I already knew was that time is also said to be a dimension like other spatial dimensions.

To cut it short, within an hour I realised that I unintentionally jumped into a whole new branch of physics that would in the end break all the existing laws of physics and at the same time would increase my faith through some Quranic verses which talked about the creation of seven heavens and their characteristics and I would see the striking resemblance of Quranic verses with the discoveries and research which were made after the investment of huge budgets and after milestones of work by some greatest brains around the world, when I reached there it was unbearable for me to sit quite and watch the show, I started collecting respective verses and started posting at respective locations with reference in order to observe the reaction of non muslim science-guys, unfortunately I saw no fruitful replies to that; instead some users started posting spam comments to hide my comments that contained the Quranic verses, phew!!



هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِي الأَرْضِ جَمِيعاً ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى إِلَى السَّمَاء فَسَوَّاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
He it is Who created for you all that is on earth. Then He rose over (Istawâ) towards the heaven and made them seven heavens and He is the All-Knower of everything. (Al Quran: Surah Baqara - 29) (Translation: Engr Dr Mohsin)


The best thing was that Allah(Subhanahu Wata'ala) helped me to grasp the concept, if I accidently had watched the 'Parallel Universes' video at first, I would have got bored and everything would have gone past right over my head!! and I never would have returned to this topic again. It was necessary to grasp the concept of existence of extra spatial dimensions before I could go on to read the concept of parallel universes, and even more necessary was the concept of projection of higher dimension objects on a lower dimension universe that was explained by Carl Sagan in quite easy words, I came to know Carl Sagan only through this video... he was an astronomer, astrophysicist and scientist

The best thing about this video is that it explains the problems you will face while projecting a higher dimension object into a lower dimension world; for this you can always refer to the issues faced by the 2D creature in order to understand a 3D object. The problem for both the cases is the same and that is 'One additional dimension is missing in the lower one' and you have no idea where that additional dimension lies!! as your physical laws and your brain is bounded by the boundaries of the universe in which you are in, you have to pay the penalty for it; therefore you can only successfully create a projection of a higher dimension object into a lower dimension world and observe it by  redrawing its different projections at different angles (rotating it), like that guy in the video created a projection of cube in a 2D plane, he can rotate it and the 2D creature sees that projection changing mysteriously... Amazing!! next time you see any jinn or any extra spatial dimensional object changing his/her appearance dont be afraid, its just a projection, just ask him/her to stop showing off...LOL.

By this time I started relating the 'Seven heavens in quran' with the extra spatial dimensions which I just have learnt; But I had no proof to relate that. Until I came through a video 'WHO LIVES IN THE 11TH DIMENSION'.... WWhoowww WHATS GOING ON??!!. The video below is a part from the series "Parallel Universes" documented by BBC. Whatever was discussed in that video was on one side and the discovery of 6 extra spatial dimensions were something that made me to utter that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah.

To summarize it; our 3D world + one more dimension (a universe for creature like jinns - I included it since Allah refers to both jinns and humans in Quran so when He states about the seven heavens on top; it might be above both of our civilizations - Allah knows the best) becomes four; In Quran Allah Subhanahu wata'ala made our world as a frame of reference; and stated that there lies seven heavens above; one top of the other; Now as per above speculation or assumption the total count of dimensions become 4 + 7 = 11. And the total number of dimensions discovered are also eleven.



فَقَضَاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ وَأَوْحَى فِي كُلِّ سَمَاء أَمْرَهَا وَزَيَّنَّا السَّمَاء الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَحِفْظاً ذَلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ
Then He completed and finished from their creation (as) seven heavens in two Days and He made in each heaven its affair. And We adorned the nearest (lowest) heaven with lamps (stars)[] to be an adornment as well as to guard (from the devils by using them as missiles against the devils). Although we have been studying in high school that electrons also rotate in some extra spatial dimensions but I never grasped the concept maybe due to lack of background knowledge. The concept of extra spatial dimensions in physics has been there for about a century but there was once a messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) some fourteen hundred years before who already told the world about the existence of extra spatial dimensions. Things does not end here; the Quran also talks about the properties of dimensions...

Characteristics of Dimensions described in Quran

1. Mass in other dimension
2. Different physical laws and light on the lower heaven
3. Dark matter/ Dark energy and refraction of light due to dark matter
4. Connection of the heavens

1.       Mass in other dimension

As we saw in our very first video ‘3D to 4D Phase shift’ that when a 3D creature hovered above a 2D creature, the poor 2D object was unaware of the 3D object’s movement; even if the 3D creature acquire the same x and y components as of the 2D creature; the 2D object would still be unaware of his existence. Why? Because the 3D object has some magnitude in z dimension; he is right above it while the deficiency of 2D object is that “HE CANNOT LOOK ABOVE”, he recognizes the z-dimension as some mystic spiritual dimension. Now coming back to our world, we can say that the spiritual bodies (higher than 3 dimensions) can pass write through us!!; reason being the same that although they have same magnitude in x,y and z dimension but their extra dimension puts them on some other plane that is parallel to our plane and most interestingly WE CANNOT LOOK THERE!!.

In short; they are the masses in other dimension. All the universes and the beings that exist in extra spacial dimensions do have their respective masses; they can pass through us without alarming us. We will get more into this in topics that follow.

Although thaqalan word of Arabic means ‘of weights’, but I saw none of the English translators translating it that way, but the Arabic word remain there that is why I have supported it.

2.       Different physical laws and Light on the lowest heaven

So [Allah] decreed them as seven heavens (one above the other) in two days and revealed to each heaven its orders. And We [Allah] adorned the lowest heaven with lights, and protection. Such is the decree of the Exalted; the Knowledgeable. (Al Quran: Surah Fussilat - 12)

Physical laws:

The Quranic verse clearly speaks about the assignment of different orders to the heavens (the Arabic word used is amre'ha – 'her orders')

In order to understand that; Why not again consider the problems faced by a 2D creature to understand a 3D universe.

For a 2D object there would be no Z - dimension, hence his all day businesses would be restricted to 2D physical laws; maybe he can study linear motion but surely in his world does not apply the laws of projectile motion; hence we can say that the physical laws of 2D universe are different then that of 3D universe. Don’t take this example serious though; we all know that there is nothing like a 2D creature or a 2D world, there could be no life in 2 dimensions; but the purpose of the example is just to explain that the dimension change can cause the referential physical laws to change. I am using the word 'referential' because when we talk about physical laws, we talk about the physical laws that only abide to our 3D universe... who knows what the universal physical laws are.. that would apply to all the seven heavens ... HE is the one and only in whose hands lies my soul is, knows it.. Allah u akbar.

Light in the lower heaven:

The second part of the above Quranic verse is as magnificent as any other miracle of Quran. Yes!! It talks about the existence of light in lower heaven. Lets save the discussion on it for the topic that follow.

3.       Dark matter/dark energy and refraction of light due to dark matter

Looks like we got into some real rocket science terms…'dark matter', 'dark energy'.. Although the topic looks pretty heavy and a bit difficult to digest; but it really isn’t when seen in context with the above quoted Quranic verses; hold your seat belts to enlighten your faith and yet again bear witness that:

There is no diety worthy of worship except Allah(subhanahu wa'ta ala) and Muhammad(alae'he salam) is the messenger of Allah.

In the previous characteristic we saw the Quranic ayat that speak about that Allah introduced light in the lower heaven (Arabic word: sama' ad dunya); and that is the heaven in which we live in!! Now what does that really mean?.. Does the heavens lying above us (extra spacial dimensions) doesnt have light?? do they neither absorb light nor emit light? YES is the answer. The parallel universes that exist around us can neither absorb light nor can they emit light, we only site their presence when light coming from distant galaxies in space is refracted by their gravitational forces caused by their huge masses. It causes the gravitational lensing!

[Quran 67.3-4] [Allah] is the one who created seven superimposed Heavens "سبع سموات طباق". You do not see variations in the formations of the Compassionate, so redirect your sight, do you see any creation (Futtur in Arabic فطور)? Then redirect your sight again, your vision returns to you in defeat and regret.

Futtur in Arabic فطور means creation out of nothing (it does not mean "rip"). So the question in the Quran is "Do you see any creation out of nothing?". Your initial answer should be NO. But in the second verse, when you are supposed to redirect your sight your answer will change to YES, with defeat. Why should you redirect your sight when you observe Dark Matter? Why should you look to another direction and then back? Well the gravity of a massive object makes you see the background stars in another direction:

This is how we detect Dark Matter today, the background images are lensed at a certain angle. Since Dark Matter does not emit any light then we have to trace the light from the background galaxies. From the distances and the angle of lensing we estimate the mass of the Dark Matter. So when detecting the superimposed seven heavens you have to look away and then back in order to measure the angle. No angle no Dark Matter.

Simply, the invisible dark matter is mass that is some other dimension. And the dimension to which it belongs is wholly another universe in which there are other inhabitants, other physical laws... different that ours... physics call it parallel universe... Quran calls it another heaven... Allah knows best

4.       Connection of the heavens

[Quran 51.7] And the heaven that has weaves (Hubuk in Arabic). 

Currently I am unable to understand the core concept of it as per physics, but surely I got the basic idea of it that I would like to share. I would take the above Quranic verse and use the same concept that I learnt in school days of revolving electrons. The above Quranic verse says that the heavens have weaves; weave means knot. In short the meaning that comes out is that somehow all the heavens are connected by some sort of knot (or weave), and what I learnt was that electrons revolve in 3 dimensions as well as in some extra spacial dimensions, in this way an electron while existing in our 3D universe also rotates in dimensions of other universes coexisting in all universes.

Concluding...

Much of the topic is concluded; just a little more to go. I never knew that while going through these topics every new coming topic would bring much more excitedness and more food for thought. And so the final topic of the series comes namely 'M-THEORY'!!. 

What is M-THEORY? Why is it still 'M'. Why is it that they didnt found a word yet that would completely define the letter 'M'?? Well the first time I heard it someone called it the 'Membrane-Theory', then someone called it the 'Mother-theory', and then the 'Magic-theory'; surely every word fits it. It is literally called as the theory of 'Everything'!!
Lets first get hold on to the basis of the theory and understand what actually membrane is. The theory states that every thing is made up of membrane, every living creature and every non living thing that exist. To make it simple; every sub atomic particle is made up of membrane, the idea came out from 'The String Theory'.

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The similitude of His light is as a niche wherein is a lamp. The lamp is in a glass. The glass is as it were a shining star. (This lamp is) kindled from a blessed tree, an olive neither of the East nor of the West, whose oil would almost glow forth (of itself) though no fire touched it. Light upon light. Allah guideth unto His light whom He will. And Allah setteth forth for mankind similitudes, for Allah is Knower of all things. (Surah Noor: 35)

The story goes back to the big bang, scientists have been wondering what ignited the big bang. There can be multiple thoughts to it, like the one I heard of which states that it was the collision of two membranes that caused the big bang and then the creation of the heavens began which included the creation of the heaven in which we live in and the heavens which are extra spatial to us and the sub atomic particles (electron) which rotates in all the dimensions behaving as 'weaves' as mentioned previously.

Allah is the Protecting Guardian of those who believe. He bringeth them out of darkness into light. As for those who disbelieve, their patrons are false deities. They bring them out of light into darkness. Such are rightful owners of the Fire. They will abide therein. (Surah Baqarah: 257)

When I started video editing

It was summer 2006; the second year of NED (means lots of free time and no work to do). I had a handycam, I knew how to capture video from handycam through a PCI TV capture card, and most importantly I knew that a software named adobe premier was used for video editing (infact professional video editing). The only two things required were "the video" and some quick start tutorials to start working with premier..


Luckily a class picnic was held and we were going to farm!!

A lot of video was shooted by me and my mates that eventually came to my editing desk. There was still one thing doubtful; whether I was able to work with premier and whether I had enough hardware resources (RAM, enough memory on AGP card and offcourse hard-disk space).




Before assuring my friends and company that video editing and post production were in progress I actually had to test pass these things.
I gave myself 4 tasks:

1. Take a long video, cut out some small clippings from it and compile it

2. Take a long video, cut out some small clippings and compile the clippings

3. Perform some transitional effects on multiple clips

4. Play with the audio behind the video

and guess what.. it passed!!

initially I had a little memory related issue on 256 MB RAM but it went well with 512MB.

My system at that time was:

Pentium 3, some 800MHz??

Intel D815 board

512 MB RAM

128 MB AGP card

PCI TV capture card (not professional one)

and Adobe premier 7.0 on Win XP


For newbies using premier, they might suffer from its UI and rich set of controls that pops up first time, a little R&D could be required by reading premier's manual or by googling a bit.


What you have to take care first is to make a decision for some video parameters; NTSC or PAL?? square pixels or widescreens?? I am not that professional to describe all these, what i did was that I created little samples of some favourite parameters and then decided what to produce in a long term.


After overcoming such technical things finally you are ready to prepare a presentation.
The bad thing about movie making is that many dimensions of perceptions can be made from the same piece of video; some showing reality while other perspective might be deceptive far from reality, so a lot of care must be taken. The good thing is that you can present your way of seeing things... but again it should be in certain code of conduct.

Having lots of time these days i thought it would be good time to boost up new ideas and start doing things which i never have done before :) so here is my first blog post. I hope i get enough time in future to keep it active..
